Wow, what a find!

helpful staff welcome wine generous breakfast

The staff were helpful and friendly. I enjoyed a welcome glass of wine upon arrival, it's such a nice touch! The hotel provided great directions for attractions. I am delighted they packed a generous breakfast for my early flight, it included juice and fresh pastries.

The alley location made it a little tricky for cabs to reach the door directly.

My room had excellent maid service. I was so happy with it. Coffee and water were available in the room, very useful. The bed was comfortable and perfect. I slept like a baby.

The hotel is in a pedestrian area with many restaurants. This creates a lively atmosphere during the day and evening. It was also quiet after 10 PM. I was happy to get some sleep.

Reasonable stay in the city center

helpful team easy reach little space luggage rack

The team was helpful. My room was excellent. Restaurants and the train station to Sintra were in easy reach (i visited Sintra and its palaces).

The room was not very spacious. There was little space for luggage or clothing. Only one luggage rack existed.

The closest metro station to the hotel is Restauradores. From the airport, take the red line towards S. Sebastião, transfer to the blue line heading to Santa Apolónia, and disembark at Restauradores. Upon exiting, follow the signs for Praça dos Restauradores, then turn right onto Travessa de Santo Antão to reach the hotel.
